Process Engineering & Chemistry
Above all, the recycling of silicon is metallurgically demanding. For our innovative methods we need solid knowledge of the running processes. The focus is on experimental testing at the melting furnace.
Metallurgy & Smeltery
Automation and precise program sequences make our processes economical. We rely on proven PLC systems and are open to innovative solutions.
Our solutions are mostly special systems, whereby we rely on standard components if available. With temperatures of approx. 1,650°C, high demands are placed on systems and materials.
Plant & Furnace Engineering
Our focus is primarily on high-temperature materials to make our processes even more efficient. Important components are models & Simulations that speed up our development.
Physics & Materials
In addition to simulation models, we rely on a data-driven development strategy. For this purpose, we try to integrate measurement data digitally wherever possible and derive models from them.
Digitalization & Software
